About this event
Mindful Space is a weekly mindfulness and discussion group specifically designed for those living with mental health challenges. Whether you're new to mindfulness or returning to practice, this session offers a welcoming and compassionate environment to explore together.
Each class includes a guided meditation, an open group discussion, and a short reflection on how mindfulness can support us in everyday life. Led by an experienced facilitator, we create space to share experiences, explore the attitudes of mindfulness, and consider how we can meet life’s difficulties with greater awareness and kindness.
There’s always time for a cup of tea and connection—because being together in community is part of the practice.
What to expect:
- A calm, inclusive group space - Guided mindfulness meditation - Gentle discussion on the theory and real-life application of mindfulness - Space to share (or simply listen) without judgement - Tea, warmth, and human connection
Who is it for?
This session is for anyone experiencing mental health difficulties who would like to explore mindfulness in a supportive, understanding environment. You are welcome exactly as you are.
